Reservations
We suggest making all reservations at least two weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your scheduling requests. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card or gift certificate. We accept Visa and Master Card. For reservations please call 802.362.1528.

Cancellation Policy
Because your spa and salon services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fifty percent of the value of your service will be charged for cancellation with less that 24 hours notice. Failure to contact will result in a charge equal to the full value of the service.

Policy
There is a $20 charge on all returned checks. We are unable to give cash refunds for services/retail; however we will be happy to give you a
salon credit.
